Collecting Cars Coffee Meet in West London

It’s rare to drive into and through London and not be stationary for 95% of the time, but as the city doesn’t seem to wake up till late morning it meant getting to a park near Marylebone for 8am had a clear run. The last, twisty red roads leading to the circle built up some anticipation, firstly for a cup of coffee but also to see who and what had turned up.

Pulling up at the side of the road you could see the circle curve away out of view, lined both sides with an eclectic mix ranging from a Lamborghini Huracan, MK4 Golf R32 to a Citroen DS and a Classic Mini Cooper.

The red road and Victorian street lights gave an epic setting for meet, framing cars perfectly.

The bright green, almost teal 911 shown here is an immaculate build completed by Tuthill Porsche up near Banbury, the attention to detail is phenomenal with unreal build quality.

Lamborghini’s have always been a guilty pleasure car, the agressive styling and unmistakable shreek will forever provide a smile.

The cold lighting of a January morning was ideal for shooting this event, and really made every colour pop from the brightest through to the most subtle.

Being able to get close and into the details is always a privilege especially with seldom seen cars like the Audi RS2. Getting to go beyond just looking and actually chatting with owners was amazing too, truly shows how a diverse range of enthusiasts and collectors can come together to share their passion.

Collecting Cars put on an amazing event which was testament in-itself to why they’re drawing so much variety and interesting cars on their site for sale. Thank you to everyone involved in the organisation and who attended. We’re looking forward to seeing you again at Silverstone in a weeks time for another meet.
