We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to attend the 2021 Goodwood Members Meeting. It takes historic racing to a whole new level with a crazy range of events ranging from pre-war aero engined ‘cars’ through to 80’s touring cars and 90’s GT racing. There is nothing quite like seeing drivers cling on for dear life in a 10 or more litre car from pre-1920 as it goes flying round Saint Marys open wheel to open wheel. This year featured a rally stage which took place after dark, which of course meant the teams broke out the lamp pods.
